Right on Main Street in downtown Rexburg
Rexburg's sweetest stop sits on West Main Street in the heart of downtown, near Porter Park and minutes from BYU-Idaho. We've been serving Rexburg since 2022. Every pastry cone is our take on the Czech trdelník, also called a chimney cake, grilled fresh to order so it lands in your hand golden and crispy. Then we fill it with a creamy spread, cold soft serve, and the toppings and drizzle you pick. First time in? Start with a Cookie à la Mode, then come back for this week's specialty creation. Not in a cone mood? Grab a Belgian hot chocolate, a hot fruit cone, an ice cream cup, or pints and boxes to share. Late-night dessert, study break, date night, a group outing or a treat after the game, this is the dessert run worth making.
Coming from out of town? We're a short drive from Sugar City, Rigby, and St. Anthony, and an easy stop on the way to or from Idaho Falls.

Where it all started
Born in Rexburg
Before there were 30+ stores in 17 states, there was a tent in Rexburg and a grill that never seemed to cool down. In 2018 Crispy Cones served its very first cones right here.
The tent became a silver trailer, and in February 2022 the Main Street storefront opened its doors. It's still our flagship and our home base, and every new store across the country traces back to this spot.
