  • Our catering is perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school functions, church activities, sporting events, graduation parties, employee appreciation events, and more. If you're celebrating, we'll help make it unforgettable.

  • Choose the option that best fits your event!

    • The Full Experience Box:40 cones and 40 half pints minimum, an experience made of golden cones, creamy spreads, and indulgent half pints.

    • Fresh Pastry Cones Only: 40 pastry cones minimum, accompanied by rich spreads for dipping or filling.

    • Gourmet Ice Cream Only: 40 half pints minimum of pure indulgence, layered with rich ice cream, toppings, and sauces.

    All catering options require a minimum order of 40 servings.

  • You can order catering in two ways:

    Through the Crispy Cones App

    • Available for The Full Experience Box orders for up to 160 servings

    • Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before pickup

    • Securely pay through the app and receive order confirmation instantly

  • Absolutely!

    Choose from our signature Favorite Creations or build your own custom combinations.

    To ensure every order is prepared accurately, customizations are made in increments of 10 servings.

    Example: A Full Experience Box order could include: 10 Cookie à la Mode Half Pints, 10 Brownie Bliss, 10 Swirl Supreme, 10 same custom creations, 10 traditional cones and 30 Oreo cones.

  • Choose from our current menu of Favorite Creations or create your own custom combinations using available cones, ice cream flavors, spreads, toppings, and drizzles.

    Some specialty flavors may be available depending on seasonal offerings and inventory. Contact your local store for current specialty flavor availability.

  • Yes! You're welcome to mix and match catering options to fit your event.

    For example, you can order:

    • A Full Experience Box

    • Additional Fresh Pastry Cones

    • Additional Gourmet Ice Cream

    Just keep in mind that each catering option has its own 40-serving minimum.

  • Guests receive a Fresh Pastry Cones box with individually packed cones along with various spreads to choose from and a box full of Gourmet Ice Cream Half Pints combinations of ice cream flavor, toppings, and sauce, allowing everyone to build their own Crispy Cone at the event. It's interactive, fun, and ensures every guest enjoys a freshly assembled dessert.

  • Crispy Cones Catering transforms dessert into an interactive moment where guests create their own Crispy Cone using freshly baked pastry cones, premium ice cream, with a variety of toppings, sauces and spreads. It's a memorable, customizable experience that fits everything from weddings and corporate events to birthdays and family celebrations.

  • Our minimum catering order is 40 servings.

    Need a little more? Additional servings are typically added in increments of 40, although your local store may be able to accommodate certain quantities based on availability. Reach out to your local store for more information.

  • Please place your catering order at least 72 hours before your requested pickup time.

    Large orders or custom requests may require additional notice to ensure product availability.

  • Yes! Your catering order includes the supplies needed to enjoy your order, including:

    • Spoons

    • Napkins

    • Spread cups (when applicable)

    • Spreading knives (when applicable)

    • Setup instructions

  • Many of our products contain common allergens including milk, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and gluten.

    Because all products are prepared in a shared environment, we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free. Please contact your local store if you have specific dietary concerns.

  • At this time, all catering orders are pickup only. Your order will be freshly prepared and ready for pickup at your selected Crispy Cones location.

  • Yes! If someone else will be picking up your catering order, simply let your local store know in advance so we can ensure a smooth pickup experience.

  • Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund.

    Orders cancelled after the initial 24-hour period may be considered non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.

  • Gourmet Ice Cream Half Pint box: if you'll be serving shortly after pickup, keep the half pints inside the closed catering box until you're ready to serve.

    If your event is more than 40 minutes after pickup, store the half pints in a freezer until serving time. If a freezer isn't available, we recommend transporting them in a cooler with dry ice. For the best texture, remove the half pints from the dry ice environment approximately one hour before serving.

    Fresh Pastry Cones: store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid heat, humidity, refrigeration, or freezing, as these can affect the texture and crispness of the pastry.
