What kinds of events do you cater?
Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school functions, church activities, sporting events, graduation parties, employee appreciation and more. If you are celebrating, we are in.
What is the minimum order?
Every catering option starts at 40 servings. Additional servings are typically added in increments of 40, though your local Crispy Cones may be able to work with other quantities.
How do I place an order?
Order The Full Experience in the Crispy Cones app for up to 160 servings and pay right there. For larger orders, special requests or specialty flavors, fill out the form on this page or contact your local Crispy Cones.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. Pick from our signature creations or build your own combinations in increments of 10 servings. For example, a Full Experience order could include 10 Cookie à la Mode half pints, 10 Brownie Royale and 20 of your own creation.
Can I mix and match packages?
Yes. Add extra Fresh Pastry Cones or Gourmet Ice Cream to a Full Experience order. Each option has its own 40 serving minimum.
How is The Full Experience served?
You get a box of individually packed pastry cones with spreads, plus a box of Gourmet Ice Cream half pints. Guests pick a cone, add a spread and fill it with their half pint, so everyone builds their own Crispy Cone at the party.
How far in advance should I order?
At least 72 hours before pickup. Large or custom orders may need a little more notice.
Do you provide serving supplies?
Yes. Your order comes with spoons, napkins, spread cups and spreading knives when needed, plus setup instructions.
Do you deliver?
Catering orders are pickup only for now. Your order will be ready at the Crispy Cones location you choose, and anyone you name can pick it up.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed get a full refund. After that, orders may be non-refundable since ingredients and prep may already be underway.
How should I store everything before serving?
Keep the half pints in the closed catering box if you are serving soon after pickup. If your event is more than 40 minutes after pickup, freeze them or keep them in a cooler with dry ice, then take them out about an hour before serving. Keep pastry cones at room temperature somewhere cool and dry.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Many of our products contain milk, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and gluten, and everything is made in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any item is allergen free. Contact your local Crispy Cones with specific concerns.
