What is a Crispy Cone?
The ice cream cone, reinvented
A Crispy Cone is a pastry cone made from hand-rolled dough, grilled rotisserie style and rolled in cinnamon sugar or a specialty coating. Then it's filled with your choice of spread, soft serve ice cream, toppings and drizzle.
The idea comes from trdelník, the chimney cake pastry of Prague and the Czech Republic. Founder Jeremy Carlson brought it home and started serving it from a tent in Rexburg, Idaho in 2018.
