  2. The Wrap: We roll the dough into a strip and wrap it carefully around a wooden dowel.

  3. The Rotisserie Oven: Our cones are never fried! The dough-covered dowel goes into our specialized rotisserie Oven. As it spins over the heat, it bakes evenly, creating a beautiful golden-brown exterior while keeping the inside light and fluffy.

  4. The Sugar Roll: Immediately after coming off the grill, the hot cone is rolled in a generous layer of cinnamon sugar or one of our specialty flavors!
