Every pastry cone is our take on the Czech trdelník, also called a chimney cake, grilled fresh to order until it's golden and crispy. Then we fill it with a creamy spread, cold soft serve, and the toppings and drizzle you pick. First time in? Start with a Cookie à la Mode, then come back for this week's specialty creation. Where it all started
From Rexburg to Billings
Crispy Cones started in 2018 as a tent in Rexburg, Idaho, with a grill that never seemed to cool down. The tent became a trailer, the trailer became a storefront, and one Shark Tank deal later there are 30+ stores in 17 states.
Every one of them, including this one in Billings, still grills each cone fresh to order, just like we did in that tent.
